ANGEL TREES
please fill out the vounteer form (volunteer now), then call Ashley to let her know you would like to help!
Angel Trees hold tags ("Angels") that each bear a child's age and gender (through age 14) in the Downriver community. A donor (anyone in the community) chooses an Angel from the Tree, buys a gift for a child (based on information given on the tag), and returns the tag and the gift to the Angel Tree. Trees are located at various sites throughout the Downriver area, however, Southland Mall is the only Angel Tree site requiring a volunteer to be present at all times during Mall hours, to accept the gifts and hold them until they are picked up (daily) by The Salvation Army.
Where: Southland Mall (inside) (NO SUNDAYS)
Dates: Friday, November 20 until Saturday, December 19
