The SalvationArmy Royal Oak Citadel provides Financial Assistance programs for residents of Berkley, Beverly Hills, Birmingham, Clawson, Ferndale, Hazel Park, Huntington Woods, Madison Heights, Oak Park, Pleasant Ridge, Royal Oak, Royal Oak Township, & Troy.
All assistance is provided by appointment only. Please call (248)585-5600 to set up an appoinment with a case manager.
Office Hours M,W,Th, Fr 8:30-12:00; 1:00 - 4:30. Tues 10:00-12; 1:00-4:30
All of our assistance programs require verification of income and
household members. PLease be sure to ask the case manager what
you will need to bring to your first appointment.
Generally speaking the follwing minimum documentation is required:
State Issued ID/Driver's License for all household members over 18
Proof of ALL income
Decision notice from Department of Human Services
Social Security Card for all household members
Shut off notice (for utility assistance)
Eviction notice & lease agreement (rental assistance)
