All of our volunteer opportunities are available online--and if you do not see the volunteer opportunity you are looking for, we have listed below the contact information of all of our Salvation Army facilities across Eastern Michigan.
The first step is to find the location nearest to you by using the drop downs below. For community-wide events, click Community Wide. For locations in the Metro-Detroit Area, click Metro Detroit Locations. For all other locations considered to be in the Eastern Michigan Division, click Surrounding Cities.
Once you find the location nearest to you, click Event and Bell-ringing Volunteer Opportunities.
You'll then
create a volunteer profile by clicking on the volunteer opportunity that you want to do! You will be redirected to a web page where you can load in your very own profile, where you can keep track of your volunteer schedule, log your hours, receive updates and more!
You'll then select the volunteer opportunity you want to do. NOTE: You have not completely signed up for the activity until you have CONFIRMED it. You will know you have confirmed it when you receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive one, call the facility in charge of where you are volunteering.
Lastly, show up for your volunteer opportunity! And thank you very much for supporting The Salvation Army through volunteerism.
